Seagate Foundation Systems are designed, tested, and proven for applications in a variety of expansive soils, high water tables, fill areas, and other areas where unstable soils require piering. We offer a pre-engineered and manufactured underpinning system, evaluated and listed by all national building code agencies.

Seagate also reinforces footing or stem walls. Construction using foundation systems anchors are usually placed every 8 to 10 feet depending upon the load of the structure and the bearing strength of the soil. Anchors rated by the building codes for working loads of 10 to 20 tons are typical.
