We had our old attic insulation removed and atticat insulation blown in. Wes did a phenomenal job. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We have already noticed our house is warmer with the new insulation!

I had a new Gutter and covers put on my garage. The installation crew was great. Keith Sortor seemed like a good guy. I paid a little over half of estimate for the job on Nov. 6, 2024. On Nov. 11, I called the office and the girl said I don't think your job has been sent upstairs yet, to be scheduled, but they will call you when the job is given a date to be done. I would expect the process to be faster. I think to schedule a job and call the customer as to when the job will or might be done should take no longer than 7 business days. So I waited and waited and called the office on Nov. 26. She said that I will call Keith to see what was happening. I was called back the next day and he said he was sorry but he was under the weather lately. But that he would be out to do the job on Monday the 1st of Dec. I think it was too slow, just to get the job upstairs, and for upstairs to call and ask me if the date they have open to do the job fits my schedule. I fault getting the job upstairs and upstairs for not scheduling fast enough, especially when you pay half upfront. But the gutter looks great and the workers were excellent. Following last year's severe storm at Point Place that resulted in significant damages to our roof and siding, our neighbor recommended Seagate Roofing as our best choice to have repairs completed. We were provided contact information for Seagate representative Steve Naylor who quickly assessed the damages and provided an estimate which very closely corresponded to our insurance adjuster's assessment thus expediting the claim process. All crews sent by Seagate to replace roofing, siding, and gutters did their jobs quickly and professionally while actively addressing any and all of our concerns. End result was a job well done which exceeded my best expectations in regards to quality of workmanship, materials, and customer service. Thank You Seagate!
We just had our foundation leak issue done today, and so far we are very pleased! They went above and beyond and if we ever need to use them again we would! No complaints!
Seagate did our roof, siding and gutters after our house was hit by the tornado in June of 2023. We were very impressed with the whole process from the initial meeting , the estimate, the workmanship , attention to detail. Everyone involved was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.
Had a problem w/new roof! Seagate took care of it! Hopefully? Waiting for rain to see if fix was indeed taken care of!!!
I have no complaints about the roof itself. My complaint is they did not clean up after themselves. They took the dumpster away and left all the debris that was around and underneath it on the driveway. There were several nails left in the driveway. There is a toddler that is frequently at the house. The workers should have cleaned up and made sure all of the nails were picked up so that no one either stepped on them or gets one in their tire
Seagate roofing did an excellent job replacing our siding. Larry and Cameron were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our job. They were so accommodating with questions we had and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Seagate for doing a great job.

Seagate waterproofing did a top notched job in our basement! Started the job before the promised date and the crew was professional efficient and made sure our home was cleaned up every night before they left. Top rated company, very honest office employees and quality workers.With last Friday's hard rain and winds we developed a leak in our great room. I called my insurance and they gave me some names I never heard of. I called the roofer that we used for our stores and they no longer do home roofing projects and they gave me the number to Seagate. Talked to a nice lady and scheduled an appointment to look at the roof, she got my name and address. Five minutes later she called me back and said that based on the address they were the company the installed the roof and although the previous owner did not properly transfer the Owens Corning contact the Seagate 10 year contract was still valid. A nice worker came out today to fix the roof and someone is coming out to repair the ceiling in the great room. How lucky is that, I could have called a 100 other roofers but called Seagate and because of them being an honest company staffed with employees that have a great amount of integrity we got everything repaired at no cost to us. If your thinking of a new roof, you should certainly call Seagate as they stand by their work 100 percent!
We had gutter helmets and siding work done by Seagate. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone we dealt with at this company were very professional and all went above and beyond to see the project thru. Highly recommend
